Russian language course at Debre Tabor University

Today, we witnessed a remarkable achievement as 16 dedicated staff members of Debre Tabor University celebrated their graduation from an intensive six-month Russian language training program, conducted in collaboration with Ulyanovsk University, Russia. This momentous virtual ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of the Ulyanovsk University Rector, the Russian Ambassador to Ethiopia, and our own President, Dr. Anegagregn Gashaw.

During this heartwarming event, these distinguished leaders not only celebrated the graduates’ hard work and perseverance but also vowed to strengthen the ties between our institutions. They committed to continuing and expanding the language training programs, ensuring future rounds for both Amharic and Russian languages.
