Workineh is an Assistant professor in Hydraulic Engineering at the University of Debre Tabor. He earned a Master of Science Degree in Hydraulic Engineering from Bahirdar University since March 2019 and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Water Resources and Irrigation Engineering from Hawassa University, Ethiopia, in July 2015. Mr. Workineh has been working as a lecturer and researcher at the Department of Hydraulic and Water Resources Engineering at Debre Tabor University in Ethiopia. Currently, he is working as Head of the Hydraulic and Water Resources Engineering department. He has been engaged in several research projects and community service activities and has produced scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals. He has also participated in research work both internal and external grants. Sediment transport, river hydraulics and channel morphology, hydrological modeling, irrigation management, and GIS-based studies are among my research interests.
