About
Mr.Denekew Tenaw Anley is a lecturer of Epidemiology at the Debre Tabor University, Ethiopia. He received his MPH degree in Epidemiology from University of Gondar, in 2021, and his undergraduate degree in Public Health from Jimma University, Ethiopia in 2014. Mr. Denekew has joined the Debre Tabor University in 2017. He has been engaged in several research projects and pro bono community services activities and produced scientific publications in peer reviewed journals. He has published about 35 papers in international scientific journals. He has been also participated and presented his research work in several national research conferences. His research interest includes diagnostic/prognostic researches, Machin learning, infectious disease modeling, Spatial mapping of common infectious diseases, Systematic review and meta analysis and non-communicable diseases.

Certified for I presented my research entitled “Development and validation of a nomogram for the prediction of unfavourable treatment outcomes among MD-TB patients: an application of prediction modelling” at the 16th annual Tuberculosis Research and Advisory Council (TRAC) conference and the 25th World TB Day which was organized by the TRAC of FMOH in collaboration with Hawassa University and Sidama Regional Health Bureau from March 22-24, 2022 on TB, MDR-TB and TB with co-infection. 2.
